We held a workshop on incest and child sexual abuse in trauma with psychology students and professionals at the Karma Center for Counselling and Wellbeing on 26 February 2017. Apart from empowering our participants to learn about and identify symptoms of incest/CSA we also took them through the specific recovery and counselling processes they can use in their own practice when working with survivors.

At the end of the workshop, our participants reported feeling more empowered, and more hopeful of being able to overcome challenges - their own, as well as their clients'.
